As a Consultant for Protection One, I identified Home security system companies and markets for products to grow at higher rate during the forecast period I identified the revenue stream of the monitoring and purchased smaller companies with a multiplier that will produce instant revenue and increase the projected growth of the home security system market for products while attributing to the increases penetration these systems in emerging economies and the rising adoption of do-it-yourself (DIY) products. Additionally, the proliferation of and the integration of wireless technology are a few factors that fuel the implementation of home security products across different households.

As a Consultant for GREAT WESTERN INSURANCE SERVICES, INC. I Revamped and oversaw Sales Department; established new marketing programs, aggressive sales tactics, computerized leads forwarding program, and commission structure to double monthly production to 15,000 policies / month.
I Hired and trained 25 – 50 employees per month to increase the sustained sale force to 300 with minimum of two or more policies sold by each employee per day (200% industry average).
I Collaborated with office managers on daily basis to improve performance levels and directed advertising to targeted customers as more client-specific product became available.
